As the global situation around COVID19 rapidly develops we want to reassure you all, as valued members of the Community we are doing everything we can to support you, our customers. As it currently stands its ‘business as usual’ and the Centre is continuing to open as normal however we are monitoring UK Government and Public Health England guidelines very carefully as it is vital to us to keep up to date with any significant changes that may affect us.
We have a duty of care to all of the Centre’s users therefore we have been putting precautionary safety measures in place, including;
· Emphasizing frequent and proper hand washing
· Cleaning high contact points more regularly; such as door handles, key pads and bannisters.
· Providing you all with hand sanitizers and anti-bacterial wipes to use when you’re on your shift.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of yourselves and others, we kindly ask if you have either a high temperature, or new/persistent continuous cough please stay at home for 7 days and do not come into the Centre.
As it stands our current policy is still in place ‘all tickets are non-refundable’ therefore if our events are taking place and customers choose not to come to them for any reason they will not be offered a refund! If an event has to be cancelled, then the Centre will offer a full refund. As things currently stand all of our events in the coming weeks/months will be going ahead as planned, however this of course is under review depending on the ever changing situation we are currently facing.
