Price Increase for 2017
As of January 1st ticket prices for the cinema only will be increased by 50pence per ticket, this is the first increase the Centre has made since July 2013.
Online Box Office - Patronbase
We are pleased to confirm that the Festival Drayton Centre will be offering customers the option to book their tickets online for any cinema, live event or satellite screening from this June.
This is a significant step forward for the Centre and brings us in line with other venues. We do however appreciate that many of you will still wish to book by phone or speak to someone in person and so our Box Office team will continue to offer the same excellent service they have always provided.
The new online system will allow you to book your tickets at any time of the day, and to access Friends prices if applicable. In addition those of you who are Friends will be able to renew your subscription online, and gift vouchers will also be available to buy and redeem against your ticket purchases.
When booking tickets either online or through the box office, you will be asked whether or not you would like to make a donation to the Centre. Being entirely self-funded we are hoping this will provide us with additional income but it is entirely optional.
The new programme will incur significant additional costs for the Centre and so the decision has been taken to make a £2 charge per online booking (not per ticket) and in future to charge if customers would like their tickets posting to them.
We are working with the company PatronBase over the coming months to customise the system to our requirements, which includes bringing together the box office database with the Friends membership information. It will mean extra work for staff and the box office team in terms of transferring data as well as a period of training.
It's an exciting new development for the Centre and we are keen to make sure we maintain the best possible experience for customers. So please do bear with us during this period of transition and we look forward to hearing your feedback once we are up and running.

Seats cannot be reserved without payment and all tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a cancelled performance/screening. Ticket exchange will only be offered for another performance of the same event subject to availability and without financial detriment to the Centre.
Tickets may be returned to the Box Office for resale for sold out live performances only. We will offer to resell your tickets but there is no guarantee and there will be a £4.00 brokering fee for this service. Please note this service is not offered for tickets purchased for the Market Drayton Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society performances.
Latecomers will not be admitted until the interval or a suitable break in the performance, and alternative seats may need to be occupied.
The Festival Drayton Centre reserves the right to make changes, alterations and cancellations to any event, at any time.
